Jake Paul Contributes to the Rescue Efforts in Puerto Rico Following the Catastrophic Hurricane Fiona

After Hurricane Fiona devastated the island over the previous four days, Jake Paul donated to the recovery effort in Puerto Rico.

The former YouTuber-turned-boxer has spent his last few training camps at an £8.8 million house in Dorado, Puerto Rico. It was with team members who were impacted by the disaster. Despite being absent from the gym where he trains for his impending fight with Anderson Silva. Power has kept up with camp.

Paul also described how he would be assisting on the island in the wake of the disaster. It is in remarks made prior to Amanda Serrano’s Saturday night defense of her undisputed featherweight belt against Sarah Mahfoud in Manchester. Serrano, who is of Puerto Rican ancestry, trained alongside Paul in his Dorado headquarters.

Paul told Mirror Fighting, “We’re already making an effort, and we have certain things happening to help. Although my own experience hasn’t been as severe as that of other areas of the island. I’ve contributed some money today and am committed to doing whatever I can to assist.”

Paul is very connected with the place

“The gym has been without electricity for the previous two days. But fortunately, there was enough natural light there to merely work out in that manner. Although it has undoubtedly had an impact and has somewhat slowed us down. We are already far ahead of schedule in terms of being prepared for this fight.

We’re not trying to force through training at the last minute. “I’m always training and always ready for a fight. So, that attitude and preparation simply make it so that if you have a terrible day or need to take a day off or anything you can afford those things.”

Paul insisted that he wouldn’t have brought up the subject on his own and refused to be drawn on how much he had contributed and will donate in the future.

Prior to the hurricane, he and his brother Logan had previously taken part in a number of philanthropic activities in the area with their Boxing Bullies organization, but they continue to be unpopular with the people.

Although he had to postpone his journey to Manchester’s AO Arena. There Serrano defends her titles in the co-main event of Joe Joyce vs. Joseph Parker on BT Sport Box Office, Paul is in promotion mode this weekend.

On October 29 in Arizona, he will make his own boxing comeback. He also takes on former UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva.
