Hi, my name is Krystal, and I will like to raise money to assist in my move to Puerto Rico. I am moving because I found an organization that rebuilds homes destroyed by Hurricane Maria. I aspire to thoroughly learn more about the beautiful culture and people on Puerto Rico, and I would love to explore the different portions of the island while discovering its history. I will be in Puerto Rico in 10 months and plan to make the best of every second.
I am currently in school for my master’s in Urban Policy and Leadership in the nonprofit sector, being on the ground learning about the needs of different communities and social issues and how the people of Puerto Rico are making changes and building their communities will set the foundation of my career.
