Fiona bringing heavy rain to Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands
Tropical Storm Fiona is showing no signs of letting up as it barrels west towards the Caribbean islands, which will bring gusty winds, heavy rain, high rip currents and rough surf through the weekend.
